2025학년도 1학기 서울대학교 국제협력본부 교내 근로장학생을 아래와 같이 모집하오니, 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
□ 지원자격
- 2025학년도 1학기 근로장학 신청 학생 (희망근로기관 중 국제협력본부 선택 필수)
- 중도에 그만두지 않고 성실히 업무를 수행할 수 있는 학생
□ 근로사항
- 근로장소 : 국제협력본부 (CJ 인터내셔널 센터, 152동)
- 근로기간 : 2025년 3월 ~ 2025년 8월
- 주요업무 : 국제협력본부 주관 국제교육 관련 업무 지원 (https://oia.snu.ac.kr/ 참고)
- 신청유형: 유형 1(월 40시간), 유형 2(월 60시간), 유형 3(월 80시간)
※ 대학원생도 유형 1, 2 지원 가능
- 급 여: 본교 근로장학생 지급액에 준함 (시급 10,030원*월 근무시간)
(유형3의 경우 대학원생 시급단가 10,500원, 학부생은 전 유형 동일)
□ 지원절차
- 지원기간 : 2025.1.24(금) 9:00 ~ 2025.02.06(목) 18:00 까지 포털 mySNU 내 신청
(희망근로지 최대 3개 복수 선택 가능, 국제협력본부 선택 필수) ※포탈 내 미신청시 선발 불가
- 선발절차 : 서류 평가(자기소개서 등) 및 온라인 면접(5분 이내)
(추후 신청자 대상 문자·이메일로 8월 중 개별 안내 및 채용 프로세스 진행)
- 합격발표 : 2025. 2. 27.(목) 17:00~ mySNU에서 확인 (※ 학사정보 > 장학 > 신청/현황 > 장학신청 > 나의 종합신청내역: 진행상태)

※ 국제협력본부의 경우 합격자에 한하여 미리 개별연락이 갈 수도 있음
□ 기타사항
※ 서울대학교 규정 개정에 따라 동일 부서 선발 횟수를 최대 4회까지로 제한 (타 부서 근로 가능)
- 가계곤란자 우선 선발 고려
- 영어 의사소통 및 영어 문서 이해 능력이 우수한 학생 우대
(외국학생의 경우 기본적인 한국어 의사소통능력 필요)
- 타 장학금 이중수혜 가능
- 근로장학생 선발은 개인선호도 조사 후 신청한 근로 유형과 다르게 선발될 수 있음
- 근로기관별 선발된 학생 중 학적변동 등으로 중도 포기자 발생 시 위 신청 및 승인 완료한 학생 중 교체선발(해당 기관에서 개별연락)이 있을 수 있음

Recruitment of 2025-1 Work-Study Students for SNU OIA
SNU OIA is recruiting on-campus work-study students for the 1st semester of the 2025 academic year. We encourage interested students to apply.
□ Eligibility
- Students applying for work-study in the 1st semester of the 2025 academic year (must select SNU OIA as one of the desired work locations)
- Students who can perform the tasks diligently
□ Work Details
- Work Location: SNU OIA (CJ International Center, Building 152)
- Work Period: March 2025 – August 2025
- Main Duties: Support for international education-related tasks organized by SNU OIA (Refer to https://oia.snu.ac.kr/)
- Work Type: Type 1 (40 hours/month), Type 2 (60 hours/month), Type 3 (80 hours/month)
- Graduate students may apply for Type 1 or Type 2 as well.
- Salary: Based on the university's work-study pay scale (Hourly wage: 10,030 KRW * Monthly working hours)
- For Type 3, the hourly wage is 10,500 KRW for graduate students, and the same for undergraduate students in all types.
□ Application Process
- Application Period: From 9:00 AM on January 24, 2025 (Friday) to 6:00 PM on February 6, 2025 (Thursday), via the mySNU portal
(You may select up to 3 work locations, but International Cooperation Office must be one of them)
- Note: Failure to apply through the portal will result in disqualification.
- Selection Process: Document evaluation (including self-introduction letter) and an online interview (within 5 minutes)
- Further instructions and the recruitment process will be sent to applicants individually via email in February.
- Result Announcement: On February 27, 2025 (Thursday) at 5:00 PM via mySNU (Check under "Academic Information > Scholarships > Application/Status > Scholarship Application > My Comprehensive Application Details")

- Approval from academic advisor must be completed by February 13 (Thursday).
- SNU OIA may contact successful applicants in advance.
□ Other Information
- Limit on Selection: According to SNU regulations, the same department can only select a student up to 4 times (students can work at other departments).
- Priority will be given to students with financial hardship.
- Preference will be given to students with strong English communication skills and the ability to understand English documents. (Foreign students are required to have basic Korean communication skills.)
- Dual scholarship benefits are allowed.
- Work-study assignments may differ from the applicant’s preferences based on the survey.
- If a selected student withdraws due to academic changes or other reasons, a replacement may be selected from applicants who have completed the application and approval process (those selected will be contacted individually by the respective office).
