Greetings from the Office of International Affairs,
Seoul Immigration Office is currently collecting feedback on immigration and foreign residency to support the Ministry of Law in developing new immigration policies.
Accordingly, Seoul Immigration Office will hold a policy meeting with international members of our university.
We warmly encourages members of SNU who are interested in the Ministry of Law's immigration policies and foreign residency to participate is this event.
Date & Time: Monday, September 15, 2025, 14:00–16:00
Venue: Seminar Room, 1F, CJ International Center (Bldg. 152)
Eligibility:
- Master’s and Ph.D. students in STEM fields at SNU
- Researchers at SNU in STEM fields holding D-2-3, D-2-4, or E-3 visa status
Program:
- Briefing on immigration policies and residence management for outstanding talent
- On-site collection of feedback for the Ministry of Justice’s policy design
- Q&A session
Participation will be limited to about 15 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

- 법무부 정책 설계를 위한 현장 의견수렴
- 질의 응답
