2025-2 OIA Fall Field Trip: Lotte World🎡

※ Priority will be given to international students, based on the order of application.  

※ Important Notice

Recently, there have been increasing cases of students coming to the OIA Trip venue without submitting the application form or without receiving the confirmation email after applying.

Please note that your participation is only confirmed when both conditions are met:

1. You have submitted the application form via Google Form, and
2. You have received the confirmation email from OIA.

Please be advised that those who visit the venue on the event day without prior confirmation may not be able to participate.

 

○ Event Specifics

📍Date & Time

Friday, November 7, 2025 (9:30-15:00)

✅ Please note that we will not gather at Seoul National University.

Instead, all participants should meet by 9:40 am at Trevi Square in Jamsil station, near Lotte World main gate. Directions will be provided in advance.  

Group leaders will be waiting for you at Trevi Square, check attendance, and then guide you to Lotte World around 10am.

※ This culture trip is FREE in all expenses.(Entry fee and Meals)

※ Tour registration is on a first come-first serve basis, and the spots may be filled early.

★ Any no-show participant / or student who cancels at the very last minute (a day before the trip) would be permanently excluded from further OIA trips in the future.

국제협력본부에서 서울대 내 다양한 구성원들이 즐길 수 있는 문화체험 국제행사를 다음과 같이 진행하오니, 관심있는 학생은 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 해당 행사는 선착순 신청자 중 외국 국적 유학생을 우선 선발합니다.

✅ 서울대학교에서 집합하지 않으며, 9시 40분까지 잠실역 안의 ‘트레비 광장’으로 집합합니다. 

각 조의 조장이 여러분들을 트레비 광장에서 기다린 후, 롯데월드로 인솔할 예정입니다.
