Financial S-CARD (ID + Financial Function) issuance at Woori Bank Hyehwa Branch has been temporarily suspended starting Mar. 12, 2026.
If a financial S-CARD is required, issuance is available at the Woori Bank Seoul National University Branch.
Alternatively, the S-CARD (ID Only) can be issued through the mySNU portal.
