International students from the developing countries in the DAC list of ODA Recipients.

Application Period : July for fall semester, January for spring semester

Amount of Award : Scholarship packages may be subject to change depending on the circumstance of the supporting organization (Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation).
Duration of Award

Tuition	8 semesters maximum	Full/Partial Tuition Fee
Living Expenses	8 semesters maximum	600,000 KRW monthly

Applicant need to submit the required documents in hard copies before the designated time period to International Scholarships Officer at OIA.
